Krishna has a Diploma in Yoga from Yoga Vidya Niketan in 2016. She is also has a Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Bioscience from Monash University in 2007.Her journey started by learning Yoga from senior teachers who have learned under BKS Iyengar directly, at Iyengar Yograshraya Lower Parel in Mumbai in 2010.Krishna has taught Yoga to her colleagues in Reuters office in Singapore from 2017 to 2019 and assisted Senior Iyengar Yoga teacher Anjani Shah in Singapore for therapy classes once a week.Krishna continues to learn and study yoga on a regular basis. She also dives into her own practice to explore the effects of the Asana on daily basis. She is also an avid reader of spiritual books and is interested in exploring the mind and body connection through the breath.
